To the Americans, this technique is called "Caught In Crystal" but known as "The Tissue Paper Technique" in Britain. It was my dear Art Designer, Susie Jefferson in London who shared this with me and we had fun making art cum having lunch together. Look forward to having more lessons with her in spring.
This technique appears complex but is very simple. Instead of using acetate I replaced them with transparencies and with dimensional adhesive and drops of colourful reinkers as well as some tissues and a little transparent glitters for extra sparkle. The ladies had fun dabbling and found ink on their fingers .Some were singing while trimming etc....
